1 - you need delete general A record for all subdomains in service Anycast Dns, in my case - it's "*qwe.com" :
2 - After delition of general A record for subdomain, click to "Add new record" or "Add" button :
3 - Enter the subdomain name and click on the "Submit" button :
* These steps must be performed for each subdomain that you want to use
